ABOUT THE DOWLING LAW OFFICE
The partners and staff of The Dowling Law Office are dedicated to serving the legal and personal needs of our clients and our community. Our partners have over 35 years of experience practicing in East Central Indiana and have both lived in Delaware County since 1984.
Practicing in Muncie since becoming a lawyer in 1985, founding partner Kimberly S. Dowling focuses her practice on family law and prides herself on meeting the needs of clients involved in divorces, custody and support battles, paternity actions, and adoptions.
Kim also engages in a more general practice of law including preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and contracts; real estate transactions and disputes, and litigation of a variety of other civil cases.
The Dowling Law Office was formed when Kimberly was joined in the firm by her husband and partner, Ralph E. Dowling. Ralph focuses his practice on representing injured people and the families of those wrongfully killed as well as on appeals of civil cases. Ralph has practiced in state and federal trial and appellate courts in over a dozen states. Ralph joined Kim to form The Dowling Law Office in 2006 after practicing in Indianapolis for a dozen years.
